i dont know why people keep saying this draft is bad and all This draft may well be filled with potential all stars if you look back who would have said hey Rudy Gay he is going to be an all star or who is going to say brandon roy is going to be great(until injuries) and i for sure never thought Joakim Noah would be good who new kevin love can be a 15 rbg guy javale mcgee who new him ever before he like 2 yrs ago Brandon jennings who knew him danny granger was 17 th pick and now to for the 2011 Nba draft -Donatas Motiejunas( HTML: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E37MBYJ-w7k&feature=player_embedded ) -Perry Jones(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quxsxSe1YTo&feature=player_embedded#at=18) -Kyrie Irving -Harrison Barnes -Brandon Knight Anyone else got something to add go ahead This draft is not that bad and there is hidden talent in every draft in which rockets are good in finding and maybe after march madness the talent will be easy to spot
Sorry for the call out, but Rudy Gay is not an all star (at least not yet) Sure this draft may have a few guys who stick out, but there are no sure bets in this year's draft that are proven. Maybe March Madness will bring out a few, but IMO there are none right now
No sure bets in any draft. Every team was salivating over Oden. Dude could have came out in HS and still went #1. Teams were sure he was as close to a sure thing you could get....
I know this might be overly optimistic, but I think given the perceived lack of talent and armed with 3 picks, the Rockets could make an Eddie Griffin type of a trade up. Of course, except this time we have Morey to pick the player and not Dawson.
I think this draft has maybe 4 players that might turn out to be something but its goes down hill from there. Its very important the Suns sneaks in the playoff and we get the 17 or 18 spot so we can easily trade up instead of the Magic's 20-27 range.
Kyrie Irving can be a very nice player, but he's been injured all year and could decide to stay in college. Harrison Barnes, who has all the potential in the world, might stay in college to develop some more because he's had a rough season. I get the feeling Perry Jones is a sure thing to come out, though. And he looks like a very good player.

We have a guarantee 2. Ours and either the Suns if they make the playoffs or the Magic's if they don't. I'm a Suns fan for the rest of the season so we can get their pick. Go Suns!!!!!!!!!!
The Cavs have a very good chance of getting the 2 of the first 5 picks. And rumor has it they will be targeting Irving and Barnes. Here's hoping we can slip in the 9th or 10th spot and win the lottery. The reason being ever since I watch the lottery the team with either the 5th or 9th worst record have a good shot at winning the draft lottery.
