lol, wut? I was doing that TO YOU! Just without the long, quote function, keyboard typing. DE-Flected! Please don't become Bigtexxx Jr. It's not a happy place. Thanks for the props though. I love winning stuff. Please send me a trophy or a Kegel the Elf doll for winning the DonnySacko Bowl.
Play Boise every year? Sounds good to me! Looks like the East will be either Louisville or one of the Florida teams for the taking
And we will be sure to give you a proper sendoff on 11/19. Too bad we couldn't play the Aggies this year, we're 8-0 and ranked #4 in the nation. A sig bet would have been fun.
Looks like Tech will replace aTm for the Thanksgiving game or atleast next year...Not to thrilled about it as Tech guy........... http://collegesportsblog.dallasnews...longhorns-reportedly-will-play-texas-tec.html Longhorns reportedly will play Texas Tech next Thanksgiving ByTrey Scott / Texas Special Contributor tsco1035@yahoo.com | Bio 10:13 AM on Fri., Nov. 4, 2011 | Permalink Chip Brown of Orangebloods.com, Texas' Rivals.com affiliate, is reporting that Texas Tech will replace Texas A&M as the Longhorns' opponent on Thanksgiving of 2012. Brown cited a source with direct knowledge of the situation. The Longhorns and Red Raiders have met on a yearly basis since in 1960 -- though the series was first played in 1922. Texas holds a 15-7 lead in the last 22 meetings.

Mizzou to SEC is finally official. Effective for 2012. http://www.secdigitalnetwork.com/NE...missouri-to-join-southeastern-conference.aspx
The lawsuit between WVU and the Big East just got really interesting, then. I have to think there's no way WVU doesn't find a way out of the 27 month clause. Too much at stake for the Big 12. This also effects the new Big East members, who were all scheduled to come into the fold in 2013. That may have to move up a year depending on how this all shakes out.
There's not a huge difference between 9 and 10 members for the Big12. I think it would be a bigger problem if it were 11 vs 12, but 9 or 10 works just fine either way. Though Texas would have to come up with a new reason to not play A&M...
Everything I've heard makes it seem like it would be a straight up clusterf*** for the schedule of all Big 12 schools if they had to go with 9 for a year.
A good example in the same 2 conferences is Tulsa who almost every other year plays a Big 12 Oklahoma team. Tulsa may not be as good as UH but it has been in the top rankings of C-USA for a bit over the years.
Maybe the big 12 should just give the money Mizzou is paying to the Big 12 to the Big East to get WV in quicker. I think that would benefit everyone involved
