Jazz could not win in LA if their life depended on it.

Lakers in 5. I've got San Antone winning it all over Boston, by the way.

    Center - Goliath of Philistine
Power Forward - Dennis Rodman (I put him on the list, because he was universally disliked by opponents, and NBA management, especially David Stern and referees that he has often butted heads with, literally).
Small Forward - Steve Lucifer "Beelzebub" Satan
    Shooting Guard - Allen Iverson
Point Guard - Vlad "the" Impaler

    Bench:
    -----------------------------------
    Henry Lee Lucas
    David Berkowitz
    Chris Benoit
    Osama Bin Laden
    Ivan (IV) "the Terrible" Vasilyevich
    Idi Amin
    Andrea Yates

I'd root for this team to win, before I would either the modern day Jazz or Lakers. The things I like about the team over unbearable Jazz and Lakers (with their fan bases). Is that one, the referees would not give them beneficial treatment and overly generous calls. Two, I (and many other people) would not find myself questioning the toughness of the team above, unlike the Jazz and Lakers. Third, they are not over saturated with floppers and pseudo tough guys.

Fourth, I like the team at the top, because they do not have Pau Gasol, Lamar Kardashian, Kobe Bryant, Derek Fisher, Carlos Boozer, Sasha Vujacic, Mehmet Okur, or Luke Walton on the roster or Phil Jackson or Jerry Sloan as coach.

Seriously, a Rockets fan rooting for the Lakers or Jazz to win anything is like a lion, cheetah, or leopard rooting for a hyena to catch a prey.

What I hope is that the series goes to 7 extremely physical games. And in the last game, a fight breaks out, and multiple players of the winning team get suspended for a few games so they lose in the next round.

By game 7, a points shaving scandal comes out. Both teams disqualified.

Kobe really needs to get T'ed up.

He keeps arguing to the refs, and they just take the punishment.

Any other player, and they get technicals.

Ha, apparently no posters (aside from me and pluto) are watching this game?

Williams needs to get checked out before he gets that arm really injured.

Oh really? What other superstar has gotten T'd up for questioning an NBA call in the playoffs so far without using any kind of profanity? Explain. I'd like to know. If you're going to call out Kobe... don't say he's the only one.

I'd still take Chris Paul over Williams.

Williams has played on better teams which largely explains his success against Paul H2H and in the playoffs. Put Paul on the Jazz and Williams on the Hornets from the starts of their careers with all else the same and Paul has the better H2H and playoff record.

I think that Paul is the better playmaker and he is less turnover prone. Paul is a better rebounder, gets to the line more, is a more efficient overall scorer and from everything I've heard, despite Williams being bigger, he's not a better defender. Paul is among the league leaders in steals every season, not that that alone makes him a better defender.

Bottom line: Chris Paul is the best PG in the NBA.

I never understood that knock (critics in the past placed) on Paul being smaller than DWill, being the deciding factor between the two. Regardless of size, Paul is easily in the top 4-5 point guard defenders in the league. When he is revved up on defense, the guy can shut players down. I believe defense, along with what you pointed out rebounding (people do not mention that about DWill having size difference, yet is an inferior rebounder), scoring efficiency, playmaking skills, drawing fouls, and even being a slightly better outside shooter. Most of the all, the guy is a gamer and can carry an average or sub-par team to victories.

We'd be championship bound, if there was a way to keep Brooks and pick up Paul at the same time. The Brooks-KM-CP3 headed monster would dominate pretty much any other guard tandem in the league, except maybe the Lakers with Kobe.

Kobe hits a tough shot. Mathews hits a 3.
