I got the Celtics they have a way more complete team than the Magic, plus Howard has struggled against Perkins in the past, and there's no way Lewis can hang with Garnett in the post

Orlando in 7 but i'll be rooting for the Celts, they remind me of the 94-95 Rockets.

DHo can't manhandle perkins. from the limited times i've seen them play against eachother, perkins has given howard fits.if howard can't get in deep he is worthless. I think this is gonna be a close one

Celtics in 6 if Rondo continues his amazing play, and Pierce shows up.

Orlando in 6 if Pierce doesn't show up.

But objectively, I'd say Magic in 7.

Tom Thibodeau knows how to coach against a Van Gundy style offense. Celtics in 6.

I predict Magic in 6. They've looked unstoppable these Playoffs.

Orlando barely beat Boston w/o KG. With KG and Ray Allen looking totally rejuvenated and Rondo playing like an MVP, I'd say Boston in 6.

I really want to say Magic in 7 but I don't like this match-up for them.

Like people were saying before, Howard vs. Perkins in terms of strength is about equal. I imagine that Howard will be seeing a LOT of 1 on 1's this series and Dwight going for 30+ points is pretty rare. He's going to have to run the floor and beat Perkins to the spot he wants on the low block if he wants to score. I can't see Nelson being as productive as he has been so far this post-season with Rondo guarding him although I know he'll do a MUCH better job guarding Rondo than we've seen so far these playoffs. Paul Pierce vs Pietrus obviously favors the Celtics as does healthy-KG vs. 'Shard. I don't buy that KG is gonna sag off of him to help out on Howard b/c Howard shooting/scoring is beneficial to the Celtics in a couple of ways. 1) it virtually eliminates the possibility of offensive rebounds for Orlando b/c Dwight will obviously be the one shooting and he'll be boxed out by Perk, leaving the boards for either KG or Rondo to collect AND most long rebounds (those 50/50 types) come from perimeter shots. 2) it keeps the Magic shooters out of the flow of the game.

This Magic are really going to need a big game or two from Vince Carter. He's the one player on the Magic that I could see Boston have to help out on which would open things up for other players. Also, I expect to see a lot more of Brandon Bass and Gortat this series. I'd be interested to see if Howard and Gortat can play together to help Orlando out on the boards.

This is gonna be a good one.

F*** it. I'll take the Magic in 7. I'm a fan I don't have to rely on evidence to make a prediction.

Celtics. Now the old warriors are really starting to wake up. Even Sheed is going to come back to life. Yes, Perkins is going to give Howard foul trouble. Celtics 7.
