This is it. The semi-official Clutchfans weight loss support thread. Several people said they wanted to start in this thread, but this is open to anyone, who can start whenever. Here's the link to the spreadsheet on Google Docs where we will keep track. Clutcfans Monday Morning Weigh-in Here's the way it will work: Come in on Monday, post either your weight or weight change. (If you want to keep your weight private, I understand. Don't let that stop you from participating.) If anyone wants to add their weight or weight change directly to the sheet, feel free, if not, I'll add them on Monday evening. I'll also try to keep track of total weight loss, and maybe a weight loss leader (haven't really thought that out yet). Also, if you need motivation, recipes, workout help, post in this thread, and hopefully someone can help. LOL.. that's what I thought. My big weight loss came last year, when I lost around 40 lbs. I gained about 7 lbs over the holidays, though. Damn Christmas Chocolate! It's tough in the winter, though, because it's too snowy, icy and cold to run outside and the gym isn't close by.
5'10"......weighed 170 on 1/2/09. (haven't been on a scale since....worked out 3 times though.) my goal, drop about 20 lbs of fat, and gain 15 or so of muscle.
Just weighed myself this morning: 195.6 lbs, I'm 6'4". Looking to drop about 10 lbs and more importantly, start feeling better.
5'8.5 and 173, 13% body fat, but trying to hit single digits. Last year I was sitting at 185 pounds and 22% body fat. Switched my diet up to where I ate 5-6 times a day. If you can't do that just cut down your portions and drink lots of water. If you want to burn lots of fat, you need to do cardio at least 3 times a week for 45 minutes at a time. My company has a fitness program to avoid gaining weight through the holidays (Nov 26 - Jan 7). I'm finishing that up this week - I lost 4 pounds so far. Now I just need to lose an additional 21 pounds, and I'll be happy.
