2002 All Star Game / TMAC

    They're showing the 02 All Star game on NBA TV right now. Man, the guy was balling. It sure was fun to watch him. I think this is the game when his famous dunk happened

    If you run a search for "Tracy McGrady" at youtube, you can find it just as easily.

    I watched the 2003 All Star Game late last nite on NBATV and get this:

    Yao's 1st ASG (just 2 points)
    Michael Jordan's last ASG
    Stevie Franchise had 20 points and 9 assists
    Jeff Van Gundy was a commentator for TNT
    T-Mac had 29 points and 5 rebounds

    My how times have changed in just 4 years....


    This was a classic allstar game going into double OT. Could have been just one overtime, but Jermaine O'Neal blew the chance of Jordan hitting the game winner. Jordan hit a fadeaway jumper with 3 seconds left, but the West got the ball back and Kobe got fouled by J Oneal shotting a 3 pointer, but missed one of the free throws sending it into a second OT.

    It would have been nice seeing Jordan's final ASG ending like it should have. :mad:

    Man NBA TV is showing so many All Star games.

    Kind of fun watching them all.
