    You gotta believe that Morey got trades lined up but it can't be executed until these deals are signed sealed and delivered. No NBA team wants to go through the DeAndre Jordan fiasco again.

    i don't think there's a single guy on the FA left that can replace Ariza

    will have to be Luc and whatever they try to trade Ryno for. (Carroll, Crabbe, Bazemore, Batum, Temple/Shump, etc...)

    Free agency, trade, buyouts...plenty of vehicles to get MUCH better...and the game has changed with the DMC signing.....No longer are we just allowed conventional weapons/tactics.

    oh yeah i'm not denying that.
    i'm just saying there's no one on the FA list right now that can replace and/or be better than ariza was for us. the FAs left are really mediocre players
    yeah bazemore or crabbe are the best 2 of that bunch IMO. batum if not for his injury concerns/decline/laziness/contract

    Yeah there isn't. Any logical replacement would have to be through some kind of trade. Nobody on the list of remaining FA is a realistic replacement

    Not one of those get us even better then when we had Ariza besides maybe Evans

    Meanwhile lakers got Lebron and warriors patched their weakest position

    Anyone trying to convince themselves cousins will not work out in Oakland is kidding themselves. The guy is arguably most dominant low post scorer in the league so you add him to that mix then you are looking at the greatest team of all time on pace for 75 to 78 wining team. Morey needs to look to get creative now and add atleast another star SF

    Trade Ryno and 3 first round picks for Kawhi.. if he plays for a year wonderful.. if he sits out.. Tillman saves money and we got rid of Ryno's contract.

    I don't know how the pelicans turn down this deal. Any time you can pay ryno 20 mil per season you gotta do it :D
