We need shooters. Yes that's right, we need shooters. So which one is the best shooter on the list??? Just pick the best shooter. Have I said we need shooters?

I am not smart enough to compare Noah to Howard. But, i was very impressed with the way he moved up and down the court and elevated. He is very agile for a legit 7 footer. He would be a legit blocker rebounder next to Yao. I am also quite impressed with Tyrus Thomas (Stro with skillz) and Glenn "Big Baby" Davis. Any of the 3 would add to the Rox IMO.

Aldridge is having a bad offensive game, but he is still much better than Thomas on the offensive end. Almost all of Thomas's points come on dunks.

There's not really that much to compare between Dwight Howard and Noah. Howard's built like a brick with a huge frame, and out-of-this-world athleticism and explosiveness. Noah built more like a Tyson Chandler, or Marcus Camby. He's long-limbed and athletic (but not nearly as athletic as Howard), but a bit slim. Noah does have much more offensive skills than Howard, even now. His handle looks good, and seems like he can pass it a bit, and he uses his quickness effectively in the low post.

So Noah and Howard aren't really much of a match. Noah is more like Chandler with a few more offensive skills and a better motor.

Aldridge had a bad game because Ty Thomas was hanging around the paint area, poised to send his shots back into his grill and a 315 pound catfish was bumping him out of his comfort zone.

Wrong, Aldridge had a bad game because he was being guarded by a guy who outweighed him by 75 pounds and kept pushing him further away from the basket. The vast majority of his shots came from well outside the paint, where Thomas had no chance of blocking them.

A Tyson Chandler with offensive skills ... that sounds pretty good to me ... he would be a good fit for our Rockets team. :)

Should the Rockets pick Rudy Fernandez if all the bigger name SG/SF's are gone?

Rudy Fernandez is an interesting player. It would probably be a little too high of a stretch to select him this early (assuming we're in the Top 12). Plus, we have Spanoullis most likely coming over.

He still has a nice jump shot, better than Stro's . Stro has been working on his though , its not bad. Still he reminds me of him , smarter , stronger, and better

The funny thing is, this is the same way Stro got drafted very early. Athleticism, explosiveness, all of that. I don't fall for it though.

Actually he reminds me of a 6'9" 315 lb Barkley. And no matter where between 1-12 we draft, we should have chance at one of these guys, probably not Aldredge and maybe not Thomas, but I would be very happy with Joakim Noah or "Big Baby".

I see Rockets getting a 9th pick. So Adam Morrison, Aldridge, Roy, Carney and Gay should be gone. We need a SG so foyd or reddick might do it. I would prefer Roy.

Well from the voting it looks like we are focusing on Roy/Thomas/Carney.
