#18 Houston vs Memphis

Jeez. That was horrendous. They didn't make one play on that drive.

 

My bad yall. toilet broke at halftime.. spent most of the 2nd half trying to fix it. when i come back to watch the game this happens

 

Well, I guess it worked.

The Coogs, the Longhorns, and the Aggies all suck at playing defense.

 

As I said, never underestimate the ability of UH to COOG IT

3 losses to non P5 teams.

 

Memphis is a good team. Ain't mad.

 

Memphis is not a good team. I would call them average. Beating Temple and UH were the high points of their season. Average team.

 

We just weren't a good road team or he couldn't get them to focus.

 

Would've been blown out the waters if they didn't focus and re-group. Don't think it's the rumors hitting them, honestly. Once big Ed sat out, defense started playing bad...plus the unnecessary penalty on B-Will

 

And of course AF beats Boise St.

 

Defense did suffer with Ed out. Injuries, lack of depth, job rumors all seem to be the theme for losses but these things get overlooked when they win. We play with so much passion and intensity at home to look like a CFP contender and when they're on the road, I barely recognize them.

 

It was moot....Since they did not win their conference they are ineligible for a NY6 bowl.
