When I first heard the Thunder trade, I thought for sure that Tyson would be gone within hours, until I heard the press release.

What are the chances of the Rockets making a three team trade, or really just a trade out of nowhere? Is VC really the end all be all?

    Mike Miller?

Not sure what it would take to get him, but I think he would fit great along side Artest.

I highly doubt they would take T-mac off our hands though.

if the nets bite on the tmac deal, are we still looking to move artest by thursday being under the assumption that he's walking after the season?

Would YOU pull the trigger for Carter if Shane wasn't involved?

The difference between Carter and T-Mac in the current Rockets situation is that Carter is a more reliable shooter and defenders are going to be less likely to sag off of him. T-Mac can and is shooting the Rockets out of games. Neither plays particularly great defense, but I'll take 32 year old Carter over gimpy McLady.

OKC has three 1st round picks this draft. If the Rockets trade for Watson it could be for one of those picks.

I say that we keep Artest, and push hard for T-mac for Vince.

I wonder if we gave up T-mac, Landry, and Head for Vince and Hassell or something would work?

That way we also take off T-macs, head and Artest' salary for next year.

I have to admit, I've never been as turned off by the rockets as I am right now.

They just basically talked about Carter and McGrady the entire time. That's the big rumor right now. Clutch said Earl Watson is a possibility, but that's just speculation.

And our rotation up front would then be Yao, Scola, and... who exactly? Chuck Hayes? What happens if one of those three gets hurt?

If Landry or Scola get traded, we NEED a serviceable big in return. It's not optional. Joey Dorsey won't cut it on a team supposedly trying to win it all.

What's wrong with a rotation of Scola and Hayes at the four? Our defense has been horrible and giving some of Landry's minutes to Hayes would surely improve that.

Well maybe they will throw in Boone if we throw in a pick? Just throwing ideas out there.

I'm sure he'd prefer cash, Morey wants to win, but not enough to give head

If you don't think there's any problem with a rotation of Yao, Scola, and Hayes up front, we're just gonna have to agree to disagree. Even assuming for a moment that it's possible to play Hayes major, major minutes and contend for a title, you still haven't told me what we do if one of those three gets hurt. And the answer, of course, is to trot out Joey Dorsey or sign some guy off the street. No way.

Sure, makes sense enough if Boone is included, assuming the salaries work.

With all due respect, based on what?

    Great job, Clutch!
