Trust me people hate on harden every chance they can get He gets the refs calls . He flops . He doesn't play d . He's overrated In every instragran or YouTube vid/pic comment Oh @sherwoodrstrauss as well
Guess you haven't seen the Rockets play much this season. Harden is also playing both sides of the court, and anyone that brings up FG% as a estimation of who is playing better already lost that argument. FG% by itself is the most overrated and useless stat. Venture outside of this forum and Harden hate is not hard to find. I promise you.
Honestly, anyone who thinks that Harden isn't the best shooting guard in the league is either ignorant or simply a hater. You simply cannot use the 'no D' argument anymore because Harden has stepped it up on that end. He's an MVP candidate, end of story.
Come on guys. Half of what Shaq or Chuck say are for the entertainment of the audience in front of the TVs. You lose if you get serious over that. Take a look at the Philly vs. Mavs game instead. You are witnessing some history.
Of course. It's not like he mentions the money Les supposedly owes him ever time the Rockets come up. btw, Antonio Davis doesn't think Mike Conley is a top 5 point guard, what say you?
Drake in the house sitting with another Degrassi alum... As famous as he has gotten he always shows love for his Degrassi contemporaries which I find hilarious and endearing
Klay is a great shooter and is getting better at driving to the ring, but can he break anyone down off the dribble the way Harden can? Can he create for others the way Harden has been doing? Klay has a long way to go to get on Hardens level. He's a guy in a great system, feeding off open looks. Harden is the system. He has been breaking defenses down all season and giving Ariza, Terry and Papa open looks from three. I'd love to see what Klay can do as the sole option on offense, responsible for creating for others. Can he do it? Maybe we'll see if Curry goes down. In any event, out of all the starters on GS, perhaps Thompson is one they can afford to miss as Barnes is really a bench player on that team. Bogut is more integral to their success than Klay, in my opinion. Curry can pick up Klay's scoring for spurts. Also, people want to give Klay credit for improving his attack game, but then giving nothing to Harden for his defense and court vision this season? Downright hate right there.
Again. See what a guy like Lebron and Westbrook get on a NATIONAL level. That's hate. What people talk on forums? LOL.
Harden is the superior player in comparison to Klay. Klay lacks, or the lack of opportunity to showcase, the playmaking capabilities of James. But Klay has been superb to start the year. 25 points, 3 boards, 3 dimes, shooting 48% overall, 47% from 3s, gets to the line 7 times, and playing elite D. If he had his own team, there is no doubt the guy would put up 30 points easy.
Not trying to put any words in anyone's mouth, but I think what he is trying to say is: Harden gets hate on but is petty much ignored when it comes to his accomplishments. Lebron, Westbrook are hate on all the time, but in the same breath there is MVP talk. Not with Harden. Harden is chastised for getting to the line too much which is pretty much required to be a prolific scorer. Durant gets to the line more than Harden, but is not considered a player who baits the refs for calls.
So pathetic. Impossible to watch, and really unfair to their players, especially the young guys, IMO.
Pau Gasol is such a big pickup for the Bulls. IF Rose ever gets back to that level 3 years ago, the Bulls would be scary good. But that's a big question mark.
