And here I was happy with the Rashard and the Felton news <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>ESPN sources say Mavs on track to complete the signing of Jameer Nelson when the veteran PG makes his scheduled visit to Dallas on Thursday</p>— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) <a href="https://twitter.com/ESPNSteinLine/statuses/492015641084174337">July 23, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Barring an unforseen snag, Mavs on course to land Jameer Nelson to fortify their backcourt on a deal via Dallas' $2.7 million room exception</p>— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) <a href="https://twitter.com/ESPNSteinLine/statuses/492016022522986496">July 23, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>I'm told Mavs plan is to rotate 3 vet PGs and have them spell Monta Ellis at SG, too. Depth will allow Dallas to play up tempo all the time.</p>— Tim MacMahon (@espn_macmahon) <a href="https://twitter.com/espn_macmahon/statuses/492019963121504256">July 23, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
LOL "uptempo"? Lets be realistic here. Among Jameer Nelson, Raymond Felton, and Devin Harris only Harris can be considered as an "uptempo" guard.
Not impressed... But I am interested to see what Dallas will be on the court this season. As much as I hate to say it, 53-55 wins wouldn't surprise me one bit.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Per <a href="https://twitter.com/ESPNSteinLine">@ESPNSteinLine</a> Mavs ready to add Jameer Nelson via $2.7m room exception. I wish the Rockets went for Nelson. Hopefully Monta will hog the ball, and frustrate the others despite his scoring prowess.
I just can't understand after watching the playoffs versus Portland, how Morey didn't plug up our holes this offseason. How are the Mavs signing quality role players while we're going out our way to resign Joey Dorsey. This offseason exposed Morey

This. I've never seen so much complaining about "missing out" on a whole bunch of nobodies like I have this summer.
