Fair enough to say that most on this board would prefer Lillard over Lin. Curious if they would be killing him like they have Lin. For March: (14 games Lillard, 12 games Lin) Lillard .390, .284 3.4 rebounds, 5 assists, 2.5 TO's, .8 steals, 20.5 points while taking about 17 shots a game (36 min/game) Lin .464, .324, 2.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.9 TO's, .7 steals, 11.3 points while taking 8 shots a game. (22.9 min/game )
You are opening a real can of worms. At least post the full season stats if yòu are going to do this.
Really? You guys wreak of desperation.....a lack of hoops knowledge, and no devotion to the Houston Rockets whatsoever...shameless. WTH....While I'm at it, how about the lack of respect/oblivious nature which is shown towards our home/board. I know it's happening, but will be so glad when the exorcism is complete.
I don't think you get it. This board kills any player that doesn't play well with no exception and always has. Nobody is immune to this criticism. NOBODY! Steve Francis was once considered the "Franchise" and his act got old, Scottie Pippen, T-Mac, Yao at times, Harden at times, Howard when he gets punked trying to post up, etc. I'm sure Hakeem would have had his fair share of haters too prior to the championship years for various reasons. Jeremy Lin is NOT special. If he plays horribly, he will be bashed just like any other player. It is only magnified because of the fact that many members of his rabid fanbase take it personally and it escelates the situation because Jeremy Lin's issues seem to never be the result of his own poor play or decision making.
Yet despite the terrible month, Lillard is still blowing Lin out of the water for the season because he scores at a similar efficiency, facilitates better, and most importantly turns the ball over HALF as much despite being the primary defensive focus on the perimeter for Portland.
They have also loss 3 straight without Lamarcus Aldridge. These losers are going to get rocked in the playoffs.
Hopefully by us. Don't lose that 5th seed POR! Hope we keep 4th and SAS rocks on as 1st seed WCF here we come. Okay, need some anti-jinx now...
