Not sure that I'd support the trade, but Larry Sanders is a solid player. Great defender, more agile than Asik. Problem is mainly high foul rates, weird offensive decisions some times. If you're referring to this not filling a need, then I agree completely
What round did you draft him? On yahoo he was ranked 21st which would be a 2nd round pick. I said there is no way he should be that high. Anyway Milwaukee is a terrible team, he definitely won't do much offensively but it's even shocking he can't stay on the floor being a great defender last year. I know some Bucks fans were saying he hurt his ankle the other night. He was terrible all preseason too.
I mean, he sucked on offense last year. And the Bucks got crappy playmakers in the offseason who suck at getting the ball to their bigs. So yeah, he'll still suck on offense. And he's fouling too which messes up his defense.
Mine too. I picked up Sanders 3rd round. Figured he be like a poor mans Serge Ibaka. Picked up Zaza Pachulia too see if he would outplay Sanders. They both sucked yesterday wtf
He's just frustrated right now. Get him a snickers. http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/2013/11/03/sanders-frustrated-by-short-minutes/
fouls, poor post entry passers... oh look it's excuse o'clock. the dude is an athletic freak. those excuses don't mean he can't rebound or block shots which is what made him a name last year. what's messing him up is larry drew taking away his confidence. when you start second guessing yourself you stop being aggressive. that's where the trouble rebounding and shot blocking are coming from. he needs to be allowed to play through the foul trouble, and play at the end of games. right now the coach doesn't believe in him and he's starting to not believe in himself.
I have Sanders on my team too. Who knew losing Monta and Jennings would have a negative impact on Sanders' offense, of all things?
Look who they replaced Monta and Jennings with Knight Mayo Neal All basically the same type players just not even better than Monta or Jennings.
