    Long Live Asap - Asap Rocky - 7/10 (could be more, but solid 7)

    1999 - Joey Badass - 7/10 (same as asap's score, but it's a less commercial album so it's a different kind of 7 if that makes sense...good return to classic hip hop)

    Good Kid M.A.A.D. City - Kendrick Lamar - 9/10 (great great album)

    Life Is Good - Nas - 8/10 (one of his better albums to date. not classic but good.)

    As much as I love Kendrick Lamar and Good Kidd m.A.A.d. City... I'd put Oddisee's People Hear What They See slightly above it. That album was amazing.

    As far as albums for 2013, I seriously can't wait for J. Cole's Born Sinner. It's not coming out on 1/28 though.
