Great read and very encouraging. I would like to see him in Summer league and camp next year. Lockdown defense with that kind of size and shooting ability, wow.

Clearly based on that, the Rockets knowledge of the Euroleague is extremely poor. There are many, many point guards in Europe that can do all of those things and even do them better.

I like the scouting aspect taken in the vid.

It gives you a peek at how we evaluate and what we evaluate in players.

excellent find, love hearing Hinkie, you can see why the Rockets are high on Llull from an intangibles standpoint.

His attitude sounds a lot like Kyle Lowry.

    9th in PER at 27.2, 10th TS%, 7th eFG%, 1st in pts/pos....and he plays defense. Granted, the stats are from 8 games.

He's under conract with Real Madrid until summer 2011, so next year he will play in Spain again. Then he'll come to the NBA next to Rubio.

Yes, is that type of player. He's definitely a point guard, but a 6-3 PG. He's like a Shannon Brown but even more PG than him. If he ends playing in Houston he's gonna be a fan favorite. He will be a good rotation player in NBA. Elite defense, some experience on winner teams, and tools to contribute offensively.

6'3 200 Ib for a PG with quickness and athleticism.....

Since when was the last time we had such a physically gifted PG?

Diamond in the rough...just needs some polishing. Wish we had him now though. I could see him cracking the rotation.
