I know you mean it in jest, but pause for a moment and consider what the reality of the scene is... the kid is starving. It's probably the most nutritious meal he's had in his life... and the most nutritious meal he's likely to have for awhile.

And odds are very much against this kid ever being big.

Don't mean to be too much of a scold, but this is one of those times where the humanity of the action greatly trumps the "look, boobies!" factor.

I haven't seen the video yet, so this is based off of an assumption based off of your post: it isn't her kid, correct?
