The stuff in the video both from T-Mac and his trainer was very reassuring. They seem to have done the right things, I just hope Tracy can keep it up for the rest of the season instead of the rest of the month.

	his face looks less chubbier. I wish they would have shown his full body to see if he really lost a lot of weight, but the signs are good so far.
