Ahahaha this is my favourite thread. Matt Barnes can't finish. And he can take his wisdom home now. That's what you get from getting arrogant.
Their demise is their arrogance. They thought they are a vastly superior team than the Rox after the two blowouts in their home court and after defeating Spurs.
F#$k Matt Barnes and his band of floppers. At some point you just have to man up and beat the other guys via talent and effort.
Too much arrogance on that team. The Clippers had three chances to put the Rockets away and close the series but they couldn't get the job done. Seems like they are mentally where they have always been.
I get that he's public enemy numero uno, but I thought he was being sincere in the OP. At the time hardly anyone disagreed or took it as arrogance because it showed. Houston had trouble putting just one good quarter together. Although it's nice to see the table turn for a whole game, it still doesn't mean the Rockets are where LA thought it was. One, almost two, compete games won't get it done against Golden State.
Makes the win even sweeter, it's funny that teams with the biggest talkers always lose: last year us with Parsons big mouth, Raptors with their GM, this year Paul Pierce with the Wiz and Barnes with the Clippers. The fact he had 0 points is the biggest gift to us. Thanks Matt!
