Technically three, if you're not accointing for the quarterback.

I think what they've been doing most often is leaving Clowney free, running the read option right at him, while double or tripling JJ on the back side to make sure he didn't make the play.

It's been working, for the most part, although not every team can run it. I expect Tampa Bay will run a bit of it, though.

Yes, the swim move allowed the RG to get a good hold on Watt. Before the trip occurs, the RG gets a lock on Watt...and Watt is playing high, allowing the lineman to get great leverage and the RG starts turning Watt before the foot even comes into play. If the foot wasnt there, Watt would have been driven way out of the play. Since the foot was there, Watt trips and eats ****. Regardless, the RG had regained control of the situation after the impressive bullrush...but with or without the foot there, Watt was removed from the play. It doesnt really matter though. Watt had a poor game for his standards and the Texans sucked.

Watt does surrender plays when his technique is used against him. But when he's doubled/tripled, somebody else needs to make a play.

Secondary matters too. Our best covering LB hasn't played and Joseph is not a #1 (or #2) CB. Somebody suggested moving him to S in a different thread. Let Johnson play more.

    I heard this with Mario.

Get Mario help! Someone opposite Mario! Mario's being doubled team!
Get J.J. help! Someone opposite J.J.! J.J.'s being quadrupled team!

How hard is it for someone else to step up?

Getting triple-teamed, yet still on pace for 24 sacks. LOL.

Linebackers should take notice then if watt or clowney get double or triple team. Leave your assignment and rush in.

He should just retire, he just doesn't have it anymore.

Watt is very, very similar to myself. Supremely talented with better options, he comes back to this place not because he needs to, but because he is a good human being in the Mother Therese mold.

Unfortunately, football isn't a non profit charity. It's a game of strategy for fat men to watch while they drink watered down beer and find the best combination of finger foods to decimate their colons. And JJ doesn't deserve to be on the end of that colon.

If the Texans had any dignity, they would trade him to a sexy city where his talents can be nurtured, and make sure they tank the season in order to get any semblance of a quarterback with a top draft pick.

JJ shouldn't be punished like Andre was for being a good human being.
