both would be great here, but doubt they would trade Horford..
If we could get Korver somehow that would be huge.. imagine how many open 3's he would get here

The Hawks don't necessarily need to rebuild if trading Teague. Schroder is a starting quality PG, them trading Teague may indicate that they want to rebuild, but it might not at the same time.

For example I think an Ariza for Teague swap would work well for them, would likely makes them better.

Who does Utah trade in return? I guess they aren't sold on Exum recovering?

Hawks may entertain deals for Al Horford, Jeff Teague at deadline

By pressing that link for the reddit forum I saw that Windohorst said that Korver is on the market. So ...taht's why i said it.

I think Cyber said that Teague to Utah for Burks+ smth else I don't remember has legs.
It makes sense because Hood has made Burks replaceable. (and burks is all the time injured)

The ramification to this trade, is that it's highly possible after that trade that the Utah will surpass the Rockets in the standings, since they will finally have a pointguard.

That seems like a lopsided trade for Utah?

I mean Atlanta's Grant for Hardaway trade seemed a bit lopsided but Teague actually has some value and, as you said, Burks really doesn't (hurt, not that great)

No. That's a perfectly fine trade for Atlanta. Teague is not a top 10 pg and the difference between 10 to lets say 25 is not that big anyway.
Meanwhile Burks is younger and in a good contract 11 per, and it's harder to find a sg.
They likely won't be able to find a better deal than that.
    Here what cyber said :

Perfectly fine trade especialy if the pick is not GSW but Utah first.

Btw now that Butler is out for a month, the Bulls will be out of the playoffs by then and look for them to sell to get out of the tax. Especially Noah's expiring.

    Burks is perpetually injured.

Teague for Hill is good for Atlanta , crazy for the Pacers (who will hide Ellis?)
Teague for Harris is a classic Skiles move.
I think Utah is the most likely though.

That is just flat out dumb, Hill is a far and away superior player to Teague.

Maybe they found an awesome deal for Boogie?

Interesting. Karl by all accounts was about to be thrown on the s**t-heap.

Don't really want to see Horford traded - would rather see if we could convince him to come in FA.

Teague may not be top 10 PG but is Burks a top 10 SG? Maybe I'm missing something but he kind of sucks.

There is no such thing as good news with the 2015-2016 Houston Rockets.

Doesn't matter what players you get... You still have the core issues that have not been addressed
