Yeah but I think the point was that he is not hitting well as a DH.

    I'll be at the game!

Not sure where I'm sitting because a friend of mine got me tickets for my bday, but what a GOOD game to pick! (Most importantly get the W)

    C: .303/.330/.708/1.038
    DH: .175/.260/.319/.578

His career stats at LF & DH are meh, as a C they're great.

I wish I could find out what he hits as a DH against LHP. Some site, I think it was mlb or yahoo, used to do double situational splits like that. Alas, no more.

He got 11 starts in LF last year and I hope we never see that again. He is worse than terrible out there.

I've got my Astros jersey on and have told all of my friends here in NYC to get ready for a sweep.

Worse than Tucker though? At least Gattis has an arm and some natural fielding ability. Tucker looks like a baby horse learning to walk out there.

Hopefully neither will be out there ever again.

With the recent play, and the promotion of Bregman....this almost feels like a playoff game...so much anticipation.

Gattis doesn't have any range. Tucker doesn't have any skill.

Baby horse reminds me of their nickname for Brad Lidge fielding bunts, "The Baby Giraffe", wouldn't bend his knees just bent at the waist, arms and legs everywhere.

When will Bregman have his first at bat? I'm going to predict 1st inning, bases loaded 2-0 Astros 0 outs. Any better guess?

Completely agree. Love the lineup today just worried about Tucker's defense in LF, but hopefully Keuchel keeps things on the ground tonight

I know y'all think Valbuena is a plus 3B but Bregman will show you he isn't. Bregman's range is soooooo much better.
