Case, but neither are really good options.

I still believe Case starts if we don't draft a QB in the first and if Teddy is gone in the 2nd.

i'd want Case to start. Fitz makes us mediocre at best. If there's no improvement in Case's game, so be it. Hopefully we're in the bottom 5 again. I don't want to be in the middle of the pack.

If this is how the Texans feel, then what's the point of signing Fitzpatrick.

Only way Case starts is if Fitz is horrible in camp/preseason and the rookie isn't ready yet.

I agree. Case will really have to impress to be the starter... Or even stay on the team for that matter. O'Brien did say he "might" draft two quarterbacks and if he does someone will have to go.

Case could be a solid backup for a championship contending team. Laid back, team player, great work ethic, smart, has the ability to provide some spark in a pinch, etc. His size probably precludes him from being a long term solution at starting quarterback, but he could have a long career in the NFL.

Good thing we will have a clearer picture as to were the Texans stand on Keenum after the draft.

That's true, and an even clearer picture after camp. One or both of Keenum and Yates will be gone before the pre-season games.

Looks like the Texans are still going to be starting with an ACTUAL hometown boy. Glad we're not pretending College Station is Houston still.

Ya. I didn't want a player that grew up so close to the double fisting churro women.

Case was given a rough hand last season. A coach who didn't want him starting and a line that was made of paper. I'm hoping a healthy beefed up line will help him out.

And hopefully BOB teaches the kid how to read a blitz.
