I hate after workouts when my leg muscles twitch if I move the wrong way. They have the power. I can only lay there and let the muscles twitch. Its like I'm paralyzed.
I havent smoked in weeks. But it could be the protein, though I am sure that I'm getting enough. I get toe spasms also when I'm laying down, which also paralyzes me.
I was joking about the mar1juana based on your sig lol. But how much protein are you getting? Spasms could also be because your muscles aren't properly hydrated - are you drinking enough water?
Going to try out some of these exercises for the abs. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/v8QL1229fuA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I've come across to where healthy food (home cooked) is the only food that taste good to me. Fast food and restaurant has become very nasty. I get so much energy eating healthy. I'm not exaggeratedly sleeping so much.
Lost 15 lbs. It was much harder than I anticipated, but can now fit most my clothes. Been eating better, drinking less beer, and have mostly stopped eating/drinking then going to sleep. Swimming is my main exercise since I have turf toe. Do a little curing and bench press, but right now it's mainly maintaining what I already have.
This happens when you force yourself to eat foods you don't like in order to lose weight. Eventually you get sick and tired of it. It's unsustainable and doomed to failure.
I honestly don't know how to cut out bread from my diet or eat as little bread as possible.. We have currys at home so you need bread or rice.
I had the same problem as you. I eat alot of asian foods which doesn't taste the same without rice. I solved it with cauliflower "rice". Try it and see how you like it.
There's so much misinformation and myths. This is a good simple video which dispels a lot of them. This guy really knows his stuff. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/mvhuK9pGJKU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
