Pretty sure it's any time a player without a jersey number of a WR/RB/TE lines up as an eligible receiver. I never heard about it no longer being announced. Thought it still was.
From the NFL Rulebook: An offensive player wearing the number of an ineligible pass receiver (50–79 and 90–99) is permitted to line up in the position of an eligible pass receiver (1–49 and 80–89), and an offensive player wearing the number of an eligible pass receiver is permitted to line up in the position of an ineligible pass receiver, provided that he immediately reports the change in his eligibility status to the Referee, who will inform the defensive team.
Heard Romeo dialed back on blitzes due to the number of short passes and passes thrown behind the line of scrimmage the week before. Raiders O-Line did look pretty good out there though.
Quite possibly... but the blitzes they did run were largely ineffective. And at the very least, we have to have one player who could take advantage of the extra offensive lineman that teams dedicate to stopping Watt... that would mean that one of our other pass rushers are likely being blocked well by TE's or RB's.

Like, every week there is a great coaching staff on the other side line and really, really top level, the best players in the world at what they do. I don’t believe that’s the case with our guys. Our guys were very attentive in the meeting here this afternoon. For us to really chew up most of that first quarter and possess the ball and score touchdowns and not get field goals, it was big for us. I think you always want to possess the ball more than the opponent, but you want to get into the end zone. I think that’s what we’re all trying to do, get into the end zone. Got to give the Raiders Oline a lot of credit. They protected their young rookie quarterback pretty good. They schemed to stop Waty and dared the rest of the Texans front to apply pressure. But hey on the bright side we got enough pressure to cause a few costly turnovers. Going forward we need our hogs to cause havoc. And we need consistency from Mercilus, Reed and Crick.
Tried to play jj as a tight end in madden... Wasn't possible. Therefor I believe the play was illegal.
thats why i always liked the NCAA games better than madden, you could have players play 2 ways and play multiple positions and stuff...
