    What worthless pieces of ****

The TV is probably a 50" worth about $300 if sold to a Pawn Shop.

Now the owner has to replace the locking mechanism on the door and replace the TV at about $1k brand new.

And it won't even be worth paying the insurance deductible. Just money you have to burn for nothing

This happened once when my parents were home. Unfortunately the story took a vary sad turn for the perpetrator and it ended up costing his life. Two years worth of legal mess later everything was finally settled legal wise.

Lesson 1 - don't break into a gun collectors house where both parents know how to use a gun

Lesson 2 - even though there are laws here in Texas about protecting yourself, its a legal mess when somebody gets shot dead. Regardless of them being in your home or not.

Wow, that is unfortunate. I keep telling myself that I wish I was home when it happened so I could've tried to stop it but then i realize that I would not want to be in that situation. I just want my stuff back.....I have a call out to the officer but have not heard anything back yet.

I am curious if they will give me full value for the TV that I just bought and the PS4 since those prices have not changed.
