he has a peroneal nerve contusion he could be out for the season, but the good thing is he'll be out 2 months time after december
Jones injury has been one of the more baffling injuries I have ever seen. Playing one game with no visible ailment then out indefinitely the next game. When/if he comes back it will take him a while just to get back into game shape. Morey must and probably will get big man help soon.
I was wondering the same thing. Hope he gets well soon but dmo turned out to be a good sub for him. We would have been more srewed if it was any other of our starters.
I would expect him back a little before the Allstar break. Nerve injuries are tricky because physically he has not lost any strength, he simply has damaged how well his brain can communicate to his leg. There is no reason for him not to make a full recovery, but nerve damage takes time to heal
Need TJ back soon. Hopefully in mid January. Just a guess. Not based on anything at all. Maybe a wish. I wish for his return by January whenever, 2015.
He doesn't have damage on how well his brain can communicate to his leg lol. That would be considered an upper motor neuron injury. What Jones has suffered is direct injury to the nerve, a lower motor neuron injury. The process takes time. Imagine your foot on the gas pedal and the inability to pick your foot up. That is what Jones is dealing with right now. I doubt he can even use the injured leg to jump, plant to switch direction, or even run. If he had damage on how well his brain can communicate to his leg that would be career threatening.
I swear I can't get on CF and not laugh at a TJones topic. That stomping joke will forever be on TJ back.
I never see him on the bench either. I wonder if he has a limp. Morey said if he wasn't a pro athlete it wouldn't be much of a problem at all.
Where is Terrence _ones? He's out looking for his "J"!..... Basketballholic Spoiler ....... ....... .......
As far as I know, he's still not traveling with the team. However, he has been seen walking around the Toyota Center without a limp.
