I wouldn't call Lacy terrible. He played pretty well last year when Rodgers went down even with teams stacking the box. He had some duds but everyone knew what the Packers were going to do and couldn't throw deep at all. Their line just isn't playing well so far this year. Not sure what it is but Lacy is a beast. He may not be playing well himself but he is a guy that gets better as the game goes on and he gets more touches. It is probably smart that they rotate Starks but if Lacy got 20 touches a game he would be a top 5 back easy right now. With that said I think I have better options this week than Lacy since he probably won't get more than 15 touches. Lacy at NO McKinnon at TB Hillman vs SD Joique Bell at ATL (in London) I can start 3 and I am leaning towards benching Lacy but I do like his matchup against a soft NO defense. I am a little worried about Hillman tonight since it is a Thursday night game and not sure if they will lean run or pass.
Definitely some nice backs for this week. I'd sit Lacy, though. He has the highest potential downside. The others should all be pretty good. I really like Mckinnon's matchup this week.
That is a super high price to pay for Antonio Brown. I wouldn't do it. Tate and Ellington are obviously better than Lacy. Hilton is not that much worse than Brown.
Agreed, if Lacy doesn't get a TD his day will be mediocre. Hopefully Hillman has a good game tonight.
I've got Foster, Tate, Ellington and Hillman. Can start 2 RB and a FLEX. I sit Hillman tonight, right?
I just decided to pull the trigger on a trade. I give away Ronnie Hillman and Keenan Allen, I get Calvin Johnson and Bishop Sankey. I think getting Calvin should ease my worries, but I really feel like Hillman could be fantasy gold playing with Peyton....not sure how I feel about this one. Although, I did need a receiver upgrade though.
I'd say it's a good trade. No telling what Hillman's role will be when Ball gets back. Megatron even has a chance to play Sunday, as they said he looked good in practice today. Even if he doesn't though, they have their bye week next week and after that he should be good to go. I entertained the thought of trading him, but my team's currently at 5-2 so I'd rather have him for the playoffs.
Not a bad trade for you, though I do like Hillman. Assuming you are going to be in the playoffs I think Calvin will be better than Hillman. Keenan Allen will be better than he has been, though. Sankey is trash--only use him in a desperation situation at RB since he does get carries.
Yeah, the actual deciding factor for pulling the trigger was Keenan Allen's somewhat difficult playoff schedule (NE, DEN, @SF) vs Calvin's relatively "lighter" schedule (T.B., Min, @Chi)
Romo (v WAS) or Stafford (@ATL)? I have Prater and Golden Tate, as well, if that makes any difference. Also, who should I flex (PPR): Ben Tate (v Oak), James Jones (@CLE), Doug Martin (v MIN)
I'd go with Cooks vs GB (strictly on QB alone). There's no way you should trust Mettenberger (sp) in his 1st start against JJ Watt. You can't count on anything from him.
Without Calvin Johnson, I think I'd go with Romo vs Washington. Especially considering Washington has a much better run D, than Pass D. Easily Ben Tate vs Oakland
pick 2: roddy white vs lions, kendall wright vs hou or greg jennings @ tb pick 1: jordan cameron vs oak or martellus bennett @ ne
Got offered Andre Ellington for Golden Tate. Should I? My other RBs are Leveon Bell, Joique Bell, Trent Richardson and Andre Williams.
