Don't even want to quote the above. Wow...that lowers our hopes of a playoff berth substantially . Hopefully it is not as serious as thought and he can come back without missing too many games. Depressing.

Man, Blackmon has some real talent. Gordon too. Not just - hey those guys can be really good/borderline pro-bowlers, I mean out of this world talent. Like top 3 WR's in the league kind of talent.

Dude has got to beat his disease before he attempts to be successful at anything. Alcoholism is some real **** man. Hope the guy turns his life around.

So, I know we have Clowney, and Crick, and McNair would NEVER do it... but I think our Dline would be straight up LETHAL if we picked up Aldon Smith. Hell the Rockets got Lawson, they could hang out in AA together til their seasons start.

Aldon Smith probably won't be picked up by anyone because he's almost certainly looking at a full year ban. He was banned 9 games last season and he just screwed up again.

Yeah, if not for Smith being Smith, he'd be awesome. The story coming out about what all went wrong is just nuts. It has to do with one of his ex's dating Kap now or something like that.

He's a perfect fit for the Cows. After all he could team with Greg Hardy and go out clubbin'.

The fact that no one has posted anything here yet pining over Bridgewater must mean that Teddy Checkdown didn't do so good in his first appearance of the season in preseason.

ugh what are you talking about,Bridgewater got one series and got the team team to the 11 yard line, the play call on 4th and 1 was terrible. They could have easily scored a td there. Teddy is way better than any of the qb's on the texans

Teddy has 44 yards passing on 5 attempts for a 7.4 ypc thats not dink and dunk... dink and unk is what derek carr did last year... when your yards per attempt is 6 or lower

Most of that was YAC, it was absolutely dink and dunk, but that's okay. Anyway, I'm good with Mallett instead of Teddy Checkdown.

teddy bridgewater, like russell wilson, aaron rodgers, jameis winston, and yes even eli manning have a rare ability to anticipate throws. very few in the nfl can do it. So when Bridgewater throws the ball to a spot( notice their almost ALWAYS seems to be seperation when teddy throws the ball out wide to the sideline)It is giving his guys a chance to catch and make a quick move to beat his defender get a bunch of yac. PFF wrote an article on this

Usually qbs that can anticipate throws go number 1 overall in the draft

I saw last year how he had the rare ability to throw fewer TD's and more interceptions than Ryan Fitzpatrick in more games than Fitz played in. He's truly a future HOFer.
