The outcome of this deal will seal the fate of the Cavs. I still feel even when healthy and at full strength they are not going to beat the top teams from the West in a 7 game series. Don't get me wrong Playoff LeBron was crazy last year but the one-man show was reminiscent of 2007 vs. Detroit after which he was handily dispatched by the Spurs in the Finals. Same here. One-man LeBron show is more effective than teammate LeBron waiting for Kyrie and Love to play to his level.
No way. LeBron with a healthy Kyrie and Love is their best team without a doubt. If Kyrie didn't get injured, I think they would have beaten GS in the Finals. Once the Warriors found themselves, Cavs had no chance because they didn't have enough talent.
On offense, Jones is a little better, but they both suffer from the same slow thinking factors. But Tristan is a better defender, but the Cavs are already offering him about 25% more than he's worth.
How I feel lebron sounds(in a baby voice): "I'm lebron, i want TT on my team, I'm gonna b**** to the media and call out my organization for not getting it done and put them on blast, I know they signed Kevin love, jr smith, Shawn Marion, shrumpert, mike miller, and every other player I wanted for me but I'm not gonna be happy till I get TT" "I'm lebron I've pretty much hand picked my last two teams but I'm still gonna b****, the heat provided me with a bench that could start on any team but I'm still gonna get the biggest ass whoopin in finals history to the old ass men of the Spurs" "I'm lebron and I'm tired so I'm gonna take a 2-week break from basketball but get upset about not being in the mvp discussion" "Im lebron and even though I'm the highest paid sports figure im tired of playing 48 minutes 82 times a year so I'm gonna request we shorten the season" "I'm lebron and I'm gonna cry about joakim Noah being disrespectful and hurt my feelings during the game" "I'm lebron and need to be air lifted and miss like 3 games because I broke my nose, even though Kobe played like half a game with a hurt Achilles and shot his damn free throws after finally tearing that **** and still walked himself off the court" Basically lebron is the biggest p***y in nba history and I hope they don't sign TT. It's nothing but him acted like the GOAT but crying and complaining if he doesn't get his way. I feel bad for kids that watch him play and his attitude and think that's what the best player looks like. The dude gets paid millions and b****es about playing 48 minutes and how long the season is while soldiers make a poor 5 figures and hardly ever see there families. I see 50 men that play 3 hours of ball at the ymca for fun. Sorry for the rant
How I feel about the situation: "I'm Lebron and I know basketball and business. With me, K-Love and Kyrie on the team there is no cap flexibility in the near future so we will not be a player in the FA and Trade market. So we should just spend to keep every capable player we will have on the team for the next 3 years. The only negative impact of giving Tristan Thompson the max is ~$10M per for the next two years out of Dan Gilbert's pockets. But he's printing money from Quicken Loans and my max contract is probably $40M per lower than my true market value, so I'm gonna help out my buddy Paul here"
Charlie What are Tristan Thompson’s options at this point? What do you see as the likely conclusion? Larry Coon One assumption I think we’re safe making is that if there was a big offer sheet waiting for him, he would have signed it by now. The Cavs were under no obligation to leave their $80 million offer on the table, and from what I heard, pulled it as soon as Thompson’s qualifying offer expired. I heard it was Mark Termini doing the actual negotiating, and he has a reputation for taking a really hard stance in negotiations, but I think he seriously miscalculated this one. Maybe he was thinking LeBron would be more of an influence on the team. http://www.basketballinsiders.com/chat/nba-chat-with-larry-coon-10152015/

5 years $82 million extension. 2 million more than was originally offered lol..... http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nba-b...assive-contract-with-cleveland-235226688.html
Yeah. Has he actually signed the deal yet? Wouldn't surprise me if he still winds up signing the qualifying offer. And I'll explain that comment if that is what actually happens.
