I was watching that game yesterday and this guy is electric. He'd be a perfect guy to have coming off the bench. Yet another mistake by Maury.
What is the NBADL rule re signings? Are players simply FA's or do teams associated with D League teams like the vipers get a right to match another team's offer?
Nothing happened...He's just not getting any playing time. When he has played, he's put up numbers. Don't listen knote32, he admitted that he only watches about 10 NBA games per year and he said that Morris and Parsons are both better than Melo and he's said that Gortat is better than Gasol. He has a horrible understanding of basketball.
This guy has completely fallen off the map. I hear you in regards to the playing time, but he is completely out of the rotation. He went from potentially being the surprise pickup of the season (I would say that goes to D.J. Augustin hands down now) to a complete nonfactor who only gets Isaiah Canaan mop-up duty minutes. I guess Ed Davis is an end of the bench scrub now too.
Yikes.. lot of athletic guys flame up at various parts of the season but cannot sustain. Worried that's what we had in JHAM.
I don't think JJ falling out of the rotation has anything to do with his level of play. I've followed him closely all season -- his minutes took a huge hit when Gasol returned, another hit as Prince returned to full health, and Tony Allen's return was the death knell. Courtney Lee has fallen off the map as well, albeit to a slightly lesser degree.
Lies, but I'm sure everyone here knows that already... Amusing though... Kwame once said that Michael Beasley was "far superior" to Dirk Nowitzki... Good call tard!
Why is this guys still so underrated? He was solid for the Grizz and got a crap contract from Toronto
Oh no!!! At that time it was very close, but Marc Gasol got a heck of a lot better, while Gortat has declined. They are both pretty groovy centers, and I do like James Johnson too.
