If we miss out on FA, bringing him in on a cheap contract is a good idea. Would be a solid backup Pf. Don't undervalue him based on his past hideous contract.
Definitely would need to be a cheap contract. He has really regressed but I think he can still be really solid if he works.
Blazers are gonna get him and 17 foot jumper our asses into oblivion in the 1st round. Okur/Boozer all over again, only 10X worse.

Backup?Lol. I know Boozer has been declining but there's no way he would be a backup in our most sorely needed position
Man these people just have no idea whats going on. So much confliction in this year's free agency. One person confirms something, other refutes, all of a sudden nobody knows what the truth is. Oh well, he will be gone soon enough. Has to be moved if Chicago wants to make any significant moves this summer.
I am not going to trust any tweets unless they are from a legit source or it has been reported by multiple outlets. If Chicago is going to Amnesty Boozer, it is not a good sign. Reason being, they need to Amnesty to sign either Gasol or Carmelo. Both are free agents they are pursuing. If the reports are true, then it means they have a commitment from either Gasol or Carmelo. More than likely, it is Carmelo since reports have Gasol leaning towards the Spurs.
wow I'll be very surprise if they actually amnesty him since their owner has the reputation of being one of the cheapest in the league. If Boozer is Amnestied, noone can accuse him of that again for awhile, 15 million is a ton to pay for a player to go away.
I would LOVE Boozer on this team. Brings some much needed toughness at PF. No way Lamarcus kills Boozer like he did TJones.
Because they probably have a commitment from Melo. Same here. Boozer is a great defender and he can hit that midrange J with consistency.
