Other than their 1st rounder, I like the Bengals draft a lot. Zeitler, Still, and Sanu will all make significant contributions this year.

Bengals are going to be an extremely dangerous team this year. That division is going to be WWIII And good for us - all the division matchups, plus facing the NFC-E should hopefully keep that champ at only 9-10 wins. Jacksonville has to face the Bengals this season, and Titans get Steelers, so our flex game against BAL doesn't make our road too much tougher.
Steelers, Bengals, and NFC East will keep BAL from running up 12 wins. Pats have a SOFT schedule, and Denver could feast in their division. No mercy if we have injury issues this year. Race for the bye could mean 13 or 14 wins.
I don't care about a first round bye. Giants and Packers didn't have a bye. I expect this team to make the superbowl, and the only team I feel is all around talented enough to stop us is Baltimore. I know anything can happen, I'm just not threatened by NE D. We can hang with the on O, but they can't touch us on D. Manning will finish the season with a decent record, but that team is still 2 years away from being a serious contender in my mind. Who is their go to WR?
Everyone from the fans and media will be covering the Colts to see how Luck does. They want to see him throw for yards and TD's in the NFL, and show that he can be their savior. Colts know they have no one on that team. One draft won't turn them around, it will take a number of years to make the team truly relevant. So they will give him some playmakers to replaces the ones they have lost, and try to rebuild the o-line some so he won't be killed. It will help his psyche and the way the fans and media views him (because he did okay for a rookie but the defense lost the game). Honestly, it's a fairly smart plan.
