I would have asked, "Arian, Duane mentioned you helped him pick out his clothes this morning, what was that about?"

I wonder if he would have kept going with it or been upset they flipped the script on him ?

I agree with what I heard Ted Johnson said on 610 yesterday. The younger players look up to him. He is an example for Dennis Johnson and Alfred Blue. An example I wouldn't want anyone to follow. His disregard and disrespect for the media will have a negative effect on the younger guys and the culture that BOB is trying to create. Nothing about that interview says PROFESSIONAL to me. Arian Foster's "brand" is synonymous with pseudo-intellectual D-bag.
On a different note, does his body not seem to be falling apart? I'm more concerned about that.

Recently, he used the media to showcase the new training facility his brother opened up. I guess it's fine to talk to them, if it's going to grow their business...

And if he keeps having hammy problems, that won't be good for business.

This is the main reason I've never liked Arian Foster (off the field). His pseudo-intellectual act has always been a complete joke to me and the media used to eat every word that came out of his mouth. They helped build him into something he wasn't and naturally turned on him later. This has only happened countless time before.

If only Arian was as smart and wise as he pretended to be.

who cares what he tell reporters? they aren't going to get any thing of note from day 3 of training camp anyway... just typical, "were taking it one day at a time."

Considering it's a new coaching staff/program, there should be a lot of new reaction from the players, who were here last season. Andre has already talked about some differences he's seen that were needed around the team.

Jonathan Grimes was taken off the Non-Football Injury list and Trevardo Williams was taken off the PUP list. Both of them should practice on Friday.

Yup. It aired on July 18. It was a preview of the 2014 season as there weren't many highlights last year. The only highlights were individual ones from the star players.

The Texans website should put the show up in due time.

    How about this?

So, Arian what was your injury?

I think my back is really screwed up. The surgery was worthless, I can barely walk.

Great, so how do you like the coaching staff?

I think they suck. They don't know squat about running the ball. I can't believe I am even out here wasting my time.

What is your forecast for the upcoming season?

Are you kidding. This is the Texans you are talking about. What do you think? We will be lucky to win a game. Whose the QB, Fizbaum or something? Seriously, how do you think that is going to work out?

O.K., so what is your take on the defense?

Is anyone over there not injured? They are worse off than me. Clowney is good for a play or two. Nix can't walk. Cush is all pumped up on chemicals. He will fall over after the first play. We are screwed.

Thanks Arian for the honest, no nonsense, up front, and candid interview. You are a great teammate!

Now that is what I am talking about.

"Arian, I heard you helped check out this strange rash Ben Jones had this morning. What was going on down there?"

How about saying it in Klingon? Imagine that would go viral.

This is what Bing's translator came-up with. I changed teammate to brother, since apparently there's no word for teammate in Klingon.

People say the same thing about Morey. The difference is that Morey may very well be the smartest man in the room. Not sure if I could ever say that about Arian.

I agree completely. The fact that he showed genuine interest in each and every reporters question was classic. I cracked up.

The Texans have signed WR Joe Adams. He went to Arkansas and I remember some mock drafts back in '12 had us taking him. The Panthers ultimately selected him. He's also a return specialist so I wonder if the coaches are looking at more competition there.

I'm on Arian's side on this matter but frankly this is a battle between a self righteous, hypocritical, know-it-all and a group of biased, petty, sensationalists who serve their own interests.

As a fan, I only care about Arian because between the two, he's the only one who can rack up yards and score touch downs for my team.

Once I seen that interview I knew a lot of members on here would blast him. Lol other players on this team is doing the same thing and no one is blasting them. Coach Bill ( NE head coach) and Coach Pop ( HC of Spurs) gives the media the blues and I don't see nobody talking down on them.

But hey pre season is what 9 days away.

    Lets Go Texans!
