Your dictionary is not technically correct or at least very dated. Infanticide is killing a child once it is established as a fetus.
Often, when a person kills a pregnant woman, he is charged with a double murder. In other words, the child is considered a person even though not "birthed."

 

Except rights like citizenship or counting someone as a person for tax and other purposes aren't conferred until birth. Further abortion is legal and even though you might consider that murder it isn't in the eyes of the law.

 

The charge for transportation, they are not profiting from selling fetus/baby parts.

Someone has an abortion, instead of going into a bin it is used to help someone else.

She speaks so casually because she is under the impression she is speaking with professional, not the normal person. Someone made the doctor analogy, which fits perfectly.

Last time I check, it was 3% of what Planned Parenthood does is abortions. They mostly provided free cancer screenings, contraception etc.

Let's be real, the pro-life crew are not pro-life. The usually are conservatives and are pro-war, pro-death penalty etc. The truth is, more-so with the Religious right, they just thik if you have sex out of wedlock you should pay the consequences.

Truth is, if you want to reduce abortions things like real sex ed and/or contraception being available reduce unwanted pregnancy. The abstinence only sex ed states have the highest unwanted pregnancy rates.

 

If the stories were true, wish that would have happened before:

Great flood, killing of all Egyptioan first borns, Sodom and Gomora and all the Holy wars that God not only advocated but gave specific instructions for genocide, rape and slavery.

We will have to agree to disagree. None of these definitions explain why the law, in cass where a pregnant woman is murdered, prosecutes the offense as a "double homicide." To me, a baby becomes an infant at the moment of conception.

Yet again a conservative uses inaccurate terminology and instead of simply admitting fault, they double down on stupidity.

Fetus (9 weeks since fertilization - birth)
infant medically is defined as btwn 1 month and 1 year of age.
Newborn is clinically used to describe a child btwn birth and 1 month.

Potentially? Investigate again and see if PP undergoes systematic infanticide charges. I wouldn't bate my breath. There are clearly defined laws and ethics at work here: playing fast and loose with them seems to be something this group is getting very good at.

At the very least, I applaud your newfound finding that infants are not fetuses.

 

Donny, there is no doubt Planned Parenthood is selling baby body parts. The question is whether they are selling them for a profit. The undercover video is evident prima facie that they are. From what I understand PP has moved to prevent the next series of videos from being released because they are particularly damning.

BTW, this has nothing to do with women's rights or freedom of choice. Women can still abort their children under limits of the law. However, the question is whether women will have to do it in a hospital where ethical and moral imperatives would apply.
