Looking good. Nice to see him working so hard this off season.

We really are lucky to have this guy.

Damn dwight, stop. Nice reactive exercises but put it down. Build your base, your foundation first with some squats. That's why alot of bigs don't get fast or improve quick.

    You're actually spot on here.

IIRC he had something like size 19 feet, its still obviously big, but not quite as big for someone who is 7'6.

Couple that with the fact he got beefed up over only a few seasons, and the fact his feet have very high archs [IMG]

there was inevitably alot of strain on the navicular bone which kept fracturing. sometimes it just doesnt work out for people

Quickness in combination to strength can be a deadly combination. Unfortunately the missing piece for Dwight's game is his free throws. Imagine if he could shoot ft's at 65-70% consistently.. combine that with Harden being an average-above average defender and we have a more legitimate shot at doing more damage in the playoffs.

Dwight being able to use his quickness better doesn't mean squat if he make his free throws. Teams have a good amount of big men or at least players on the bench to foul Dwight. They know that's his weakness, just foul Dwight and more often than not he'll only be able to convert about 50% of his FT's.

People are calling him a quack because most of chiropratic is quackery. They get little respect from MDs and most of their treatments have very, very little empirical support. They're known for using buzzwords and relying on knowledge gaps to fool people.

There's lots of peer reviewed, empirical data published in top medical journals backing up the stuff that MDs do. That is not the case with chiropractors. The evidence is "maybe they can kinda help lower back pain".

Quote from another video: "As well as the fact that you cannot transmit directional force inputs into the underlying cells". (??) Come on.

Maybe next Morey can bring in Jenny McCarthy to teach the staff about how vaccines cause bad defense

So there can't be one good chiro out there, huh?

Problem is, most people that responded didn't take the time to look deeper into what he's teaching or just don't know enough about the subject to know what's right or wrong.

He's got a solid following, not just individuals, but respected professionals and pro sports teams. He also doesn't work like the typical chiropractor. I'd guess he was PT, if I hadn't read his background. He's not just following what he was taught at school, he's actually reasoned things out through science and put a different spin on some things. His seminars get really good reviews.

Making fun of the way he expresses things isn't exactly proving he's a fraud of some sort. He just expresses things differently. Find out what it means to him and then judge that, I have found it makes sense.

And it's still ridiculous to think Morey didn't do his research on him before trusting the entire staff to him. Morey is all logic, like Cuban said. He doesn't subscribe to hocus pocus..

Oh yeah the Rockets are definitely championship bound now that the Rockets training staff are screwed and chopped.

That's fine, i'll trust Morey. Morey's cold, logical, data driven mentality is why this really surprised me.
