Yup, Patterson rotted on the bench for about half the season then was sent to the d league.

He should be starting at the 3, but since that won't be happening why not. No point in him not playing at all.

And people b****ed about Adelman not playing PatPat for half a season

Guess what, Patpat contributed right when he started playing, throwing a rookie out there for 5 minutes a game does absolutely nothing for his development.

Agreed as well, and make him guard 2s for what it's worth, for him to reach his full potential he needs to proof he can defend 3s. With a sober tone I say be has been a tweener so far, not that he has had the chance to prove himself yet.

Might as well send him to the d-league. He's not getting a chance in a game. He can't prove himself in practice. All the back-to-back-sets means the rockets will go through half the season(2 of 4 months) with only 3 or 4 practices.

I agree, especially if we're going to have to watch C-Bud & T-Will sit in the corner and do nothing every night. Parsons should be playing the 3 W/CLee seeing some time there.

Morris needs MAJOR minutes & Mchale seems to have his heart set on playing other guys for now.

P.S. I know this off topic Flynn over Dragic is baffling, I now Mchale drafted the guy but is he watching the same games we are?

He was NOT! McHale's blunder, it was entirely Khan's wrong doing, remember him drafting two pgs in a row? By that time McHale wasn't even coaching there.

Budinger is equally worthless. Go ahead and start him. I see no problem with starting him and playing Parsons as the backup. Moving Budinger and Kevin Martin because they both cant play defense.

    Budinger sucks.

T-Will hasn't been doing any better.

Parsons, ironically, is doing the best so far.

Morris has yet to prove his worth.

Give Morris a chance, let Budinger sit. Reduce T-Will's minutes.

Problem is, if we bench Budinger he might give up on life seeing how weak minded he is.

    I like that idea.

It will be like the summer league and training camp he and other rookies NEVER got cuz of the lockout.

It doesnt sound like something a "future Carmelo Anthony" should be doing. But it doesnt have to be an all season thing.

Maybe Rockets shoulda taken that future star 20 point preseason game and "Donte Greene'd" it into a decent veteran player :)

    Can't go get a #3 when you don't have a #1 or #2.

Does the D-League's offense still mirror what the Rockets are running, as it did with Adelman? Assuming McHale even has a set offense, does anyone with the Vipers know it or run it? Playing time, even in the D-League couldn't hurt Morris, but experience with McHale's offense would be much more beneficial.
