I really like Beverley. He's really composed for a speedster. Once again shows that he is a great pickup by Morey~
When we play good defense, we blow out opponents. The Rockets don't even have to for the whole game. Just long enough stretches to blow the lead open.

lol what a joke...can't bash Lin today...so talk about a guy today who got to play in garbage time cause the starters took care of business. Maybe you just liked the fact he finally scored a point after nearly 60 minutes of gametime.
it just goes to show it's the LOH that inflame these boards. Lin doesnt have a spectacular game they go off, people feel the need to defend him and off to the races we go. Today they're either MIA or if you're raksol or whatever, you praise Beverley for finally scoring a point after nearly 60 minutes of gametime and people move on.
Blaiyan with the highlights. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/f2jfV14cBvM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Tonight Was a day of blowouts, look at all the scores for today, everybody lost or is losing by 20-30, Knicks and bulls right now are self destructing
Beverly played well today as a backup PG. I agree with raskol's evaluation. But you do not hold Bevery to the same standar that you hold Lin to. Howeve, I do not know Beverly is our answer as the backup PG though if we do not want to stack harden and Lin's minutes. He is good defensively. His playmaking capability, however, is not very good. He does not have a consistent pattern of how he makes plays... If you watch Lin's game, it is quite clear how he does it. He repeats how he make open shots for his teammates and also repeats how he gets trapped in the paint... Beverly, on the other hand, is so random. His decision to drive to the paint is also very random, and he does not have control of the pace...
THIS. it is objectively an extremely poor coaching move to not take advantage of staggering lin and harden's primary ball handling minutes. the full 2nd unit with just beverley out there is lost. unless garcia/chandler or delfino or bev are on fire sinking threes, this unit is typically stagnant.
