No surprise, we go after everyone like a cheap 20c hooker As our most senior poster @DaDakota would say Rockets continue to keep star****ing
1 of these 2 guys always on a court would reek havoc on all teams. This would be the best 2 man super team ever. I dont see a problem with it, if harden can work with west, they have before, maybe westbrook would want to change his game in MDA system, and work with Harden. Westbrook assist on the rockets team would be insane.
Oh well, this would mean doubling down on ISO Might as well throw the league into panic. If Rockets themselves don't know what offense is to come from nuthead Westbrook, no way other teams can plan for it LMAO
It’s this or blow it up. The team has peaked and we no have no way to make any moves that improve the roster.
CP3 saying he not going anywhere and so is Morey. How do you keep Harden, Westbrook and CP3 on one team within the salary cap and have a team of good role players? Question of the day...
He works for NBC Sports, has more info coming, and presents a different report from the Amick story. Amick merely reports that certain executives say that we are likely suitors, while this report claims Rockets have actual interest. Two different things.
I won’t be a Rockets fan anymore if that stat padding, greedy, selfish, glorified scrub is on this team
Another thing that would work in terms of salary is: Adams, Westbrook, Grant for Capela, CP3, Gordon or salary fillers ...or: Westbrook, Grant for CP3, Gordon or fillers Just throwing this out there.
Well obviously Cp3 gets routed somewhere lol. Thing is there was Locker Room problems before with harden and Paul, and if you go out and get Harden Buddie Westbrook, it would help fix the problem, and future problems, which may happen again.
I can’t see Morey being interested. Russ is a terrible 3pt shooter. Also, I think analytic people see triple doubles as being overrated much like RBIs in baseball. https://www.foxsports.com/nba/story...t-at-russell-westbrook-ahead-of-game-2-041917
Exactly. Says rival executives wouldn’t be surprised, and that’s just because Houston goes after every big name. Morey isn’t a fool - CP’s contract is smaller and shorter, and he’s a MUCH better fit on our team that Westbrook. I think swapping the 2 would make Houston worse off.
I say go for it if it's possible. If they can somehow get WB & Paul to play same amount of minutes along with Harden's regular minutes, I think this might could work. Imagine having 2 of the 3 on the floor at all times always pressuring the opponents would be huge. If we can do this without losing key role players then do it! Get another vet wing and center and we're ready to compete against all these new formidable teams.
