CP3 taking rest for regular season games are fine. But I just don't see
he can last 4 rounds of playoff games no matter how many rests he will get.

Superstars do not fall off a cliff in four months. That's not how it works. They're far too dynamic in their game to see such a drastic decline, whereas players like Josh Smith only have a couple traits keeping them on a roster, so a decline is much more apparent.

Stop knee jerking, you look pretty dumb.

CP3 game in not declining at all.

However, if you consider how many games he doesn't play, and how many games he plays injured enough to be some sort of dead weight out there eh, that hurts his team. This happened last season around January/February i think, and in that ****ing game 5 as we all know. As for this season he already missed some games and played like trash in others because of his injured wrist.

CP is still a terrific player, top 10 in the league without question imo, but his injuries are a real pain in the ass and makes him some sort of time bomb at this point...missing out on Butler really hurts.

I never was to happy with the trade to start. It felt like we traded the whole team for him. We gave away some good young talent. But that's Morey. He always giving away good young talent.

Nah I'd rather ride it out with Cp3. Some of these posts are really bad. Its like you guys forgot Bev was injured a ton in the playoffs and regular season as well. Curry misses tons of playoff and regular season games. We aren't going to get anyone as good as him back in a trade.

He's definitely closed to washed. Try to get Kemba or some other high-scoring guard that can also facilitate without the old-man body, and the Rockets would be in a better place. Pass-first guards are outdated anyway.

Might as well trade Harden, too. Since Tillman cannot afford to pay for a supporting cast for him.

ANYBODY is tradeable - for the right price...

yes, even Harden... it'd take a sh*tload of talent and picks... but I'd consider a Hershel Walker type haul...

    Lakers
    Ball, Ingram, & Kuzma = 15M + Rondo 9M+ Caldwell-Pope 12M = Paul 35M

Would LaBron do this for his friend

    Rockets going forward:
Ball, Harden, Ingram, Tucker & Capela
Rondo Kuzma Gordon Ennis plus our youth

    YES PLEASE !!!

Rondo & Caldwell-Pope are on one year deals = 21M drops off at season’s end. Then Kinght 15M the next season => the next SUPER MAX = 36M

We're only two games away from completing 1/4 of the season.

Danuel House, a G-league player who just got called up, played 28 mins against the Wizards on an away game, with 0 practice time on the roster.

Is it time to panic? No, but we're friggn' getting there. What do you consider a panic, if we miss the playoffs? For a team that pushed the eventual champions to 7-game series in the WC Finals, we can't be missing the top-4 berth in the conference. For the head coach to say we need to win 70 games and win the championship, we're setting the bar super low.

This was my thought too. Let lebron and cp3 team up and make a run if we aren't. Probably won't get ingram and kuzma though.

Ball is a good defensive guard to pair with harden

    Don't get your hopes up.

Lonzo, Ingram, Kuzma, Hart etc are all pieces the Lakers will use to trade for Davis, not for 34 years old and injury prone Paul signed to a max contract.

All those guys on the Lakers with Lebron, and they're 11-9.

Sure, regular season Lebron isn't quite what he was.

But why would we expect the Rockets to be any better?

    I mean... it'd be "ok".

I probably wouldn't say no, as much because its a lot of different pieces that are moveable in different ways, and there is potential upside through further growth, and with a squad that still has Tucker, EG and Capela it becomes a lot of depth. And most of all because I don't trust CP3's ability to stay healthy in the playoffs.

But in terms of best player with biggest potential impact when healthy, it's of course CP3.

The lakers young guns suck. Kuzma, ball, ingram, hart have a negative BPM and VORP when added together.
