    There's an implicit contradiction, in that Woj wouldn't be characterizing it as an active recruitment if CP were already telling people that LeBron wants LA. (And he also wouldn't forget to mention the latter anecdote.)

    I'm not saying Stephen A can't be right, but it's pretty clear Woj hasn't heard what he has.

    Chris Paul is our best chance at landing Lebron. Let him work folks!! They have already had the base conversation and are now shuffling through all the variables. Not saying its in our favor but we have to be favorites and that says a lot considering.

    Really subtly seems like the opposite to me.
    The reason he’s doing something harder than anything he’s done is because it’s hard and not currently a strong likelihood.

    Item like when my young kids are saying please please please please please please. Sometimes they’ll eventually annoy me enough and I’ll change my mind lol.

    Woj was on TV for 2 hours and didn't mention a word about CP (the godfather of LeBron's kids) telling people that LeBron didn't want Houston and instead wants LA. Not saying it can't be true, but I think it's pretty clear that Woj's people haven't told him that. Which, while not conclusive, at least offers some hope.

    While the two sentiments are technically not mutually exclusive, they are not likely to coexist either given the divergent tone in which they were reported.

    More than likely filters (agendas, perception, interests) are at play here, so it boils down to whom you believe to be more accurate in their reporting, Stephen A. or Woj.

    My mistake - too many contradictory tweets flying around - obviously SAS is only saying what CP3 may or may not have told him about LBJ's desired location. But that doesn't mean he (LBJ) won't at least entertain a meeting with the Rockets.
