As has been pointed out, for this formula to work our guys need to work harder than they probably ever have before to compensate for a lack of size. While I love that since one of our problems is effort and now we have no choice. With that comes the big question: will MDA realise it and give 9-10 guys consistent minutes to accommodate our new style of play? Morey says he trusts at least 10, but will he play them? To be determined I know, but it’s a big factor given our injuries, Harden running out of gas and MDA’s 7-8 guy rotation w/ several guys in high 30s / low 40s in minutes. That cannot be sustainable. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
I think the 10 players Morey referenced were.... Westbrook/Rivers Harden/Mclemore Gordon/House Covington/Thabo PJ/Chandler But let’s be real, MDA will only play 7. Maybe 8.

Last night wasn’t bad . His hand was forced a bit by pj going into foul trouble . I fear for our rotation if thabo has a bad game tho , but maybe Ben or House will pick up those minutes given that with Covington in one of them is likely to get minutes cut . It’s a B2B and Russ is sitting . Tonight will be a better rest of who he trusts and if he’s willing to mix in big ball at all . It will depend on how the game goes ... I’m predicting an 8 man rotation tonight . Thabo will play anywhere from 6-15 minutes as our 8th man.
I agree . My issue with how MDA does his 9 is that if someone is out it becomes 8. He rarely gives someone outside the 9 a chance
It will be 9 man rotation or more, even with Russ out. Need to keep the energy guys fresh. And I think Harty gets a few minutes just to F with everyone.
Well we’re at 8 on a back-to-back, granted without Westbrook, but obviously I’m talking about if he will carry it over into the playoffs.
He played 9 against the Lakers .... The whole bench played tonight but that was a train wreck from the get go. I expect him to play 9 most nights.
Pls, let rotate more than 10 in in regular season, say let harty to play some legitimate minutes, not garbage time. We could have more valuable backups for a rainy day! Games like playing against suns not that important, let him play, rest those old legs in back to back
