    @ Cleveland
    vs Cincinnati
    vs Tennessee
    @ Jacksonville
    @ Indianapolis
    vs Baltimore
    vs Jacksonville

I am going to be optimistic and say the Texans go 9-7 and miss the playoffs. Here is why...

    1. @Cleveland...think the Texans shock some folks and win on the road. I think the Texans will be able to sustain drives and will dominate time of possession. Looking past the records, these teams are identical...and their team stats prove it. Also cant over look the fact that this team lost to the Jags, lucked out against Baltimore(PI negated a TD).

    2. Cincy...I'm going to pencil a win if they are going to play without Green. Without Green, Dalton sucks...And right now he is playing bad football

    3. Tennessee...the game will be closer than last time, but the Texans find a way to win down the stretch with Foster

    4. Texans win in a laugher...Bortles meets JJ Watt ...a lot!!!

    5. The hype machine is built and the Texans are going to have a huge divisional game playing against Luck and his Colts..."a game behind" The Texans lose yet another meaningful game and hand the Colts the divisional title.

    6. Remember the Minnesota game from 2 years ago. Had a chance to lock up a 1st round bye...and chocked. Enter Baltimore, who will still be in the hunt for their division...Flacco and Kubiak embarass the Texans and knock us out of the playoffs

    7. Close out strong...meaningless game and Savage gets to start...to show the team were he stands.

optimistic they go 5-2 in those last 7 games and finish 9-7. Cincy is reeling. would have to win in the dog pound though. Only losses to Indy and Baltimore.

really optimistic is 10-6 if can beat Baltimore at home. Let's see it! Let's see what mallet and this team has!

    W's: TEN, JAC, JAC
    L's: CLE, CIN, IND, BAL

Which brings us to my preseason prediction... 7-9.

    I see 8-8.

Normally, that would piss me off. But, a season after losing 14 games in a row.....

8-8 means BOB is slowly righting the ship.

realistically only the colts because they're at home are unbeatable. the rest will play your style .
but the texans will do something unprovoked by the opponent's defense to give half of those games away.
    8-8 sounds about right.

I had them at 8-8 with a shot at 10-6 before the season, I still have them at 8-8 but they blew their shot at 10-6

The problem with this team is depth and that's not going to get better moving forward, just worse. I stick with my preseason prediction amd say 6-10

It's "What's the Texans' Final Record?", man. It's not just one Texan. It's the name of the team.

7-0?? THIS Texans team?? The inability to finish plays in clutch situations (third downs, end of halves, end of games, etc) and their propensity to either turn it over, and blow coverage at inopportune times will ensure that this team will not win more games than it will lose this season.

You really think we're going to split with the jags or lose to the titans?

don't care, apathy taken over. Rockets winning

ETA: Half price pizza is nice, so I hope they win all of the remaining games.

If Arian goes down or the Texans shut him down then this team won't win another game.

I just want to know HOW can the texans make the playoffs and who needs to lose in order for us to make it? I just want to see our boys in the playoffs...

Will either lose the Tennessee game and sweep Jacksonville or win vs. Tennessee and split Jacksonville games. Don't see the Texans winning any of the other games.

the way this team goes, i wouldn't be surprised if we win 5 in a row, getting our first victory in indy and just when we're hopping up and down for joy, we drop the final 2 for a good kick in the cojones.

My prediction before the season was that the Texans would go 6-10... Depending on how many more games Foster play this season _ they may not make it to 6 wins.

    I said 9-7 before the season, I believe. I'll say 8-8 now.
