Teams have comeback from down 19 in the 3rd before..

No one has ever done what Tmac Did (13 in 35) and probably never will again

Playoff road comeback vs. a mid season home win?

Come on. You can't be seriously asking this.

Are we talking about playoffs? Playoffs are much harder than the regular season

This is an elimination game in the playoffs.

    This means it's for real

TMac's was probably most improbable statistically, but this is no doubt one of the greatest comebacks in team history. It's right up there with Game 5 @ Utah (an elimination game too) where the Rockets trailed by like 10 with 5 minutes left.

    This.

13 in 33 is irrelevant to Clutch City lore.

Personally, Orlando game 1 where we came back from 22 was ridiculous. Anderson choking at the line, and Kenny setting an NBA playoff record for 3s (including the shot fake Penny-fly-by to miraculously send it to overtime). AND THEN Dream's last second overtime tip-in on Drexler's missed layup... WOW.

    I died.

But tonight's ridiculous 4th qtr comeback is definitely up there.

    I LOVE THIS TEAM.

    Orlando Game 1 and Kenny's 7 3's.

But this being an elimination game was huge.

Why do you dip****s try to start a pissing contest over everything?

We as Rockets fans are lucky to have to have had plenty of amazing moments during the regular season and playoffs. Why can't you fools just enjoy all the good times instead of feeling the need to try to stroke your e-penis over how your opinion is so much better than the next guy?

    Get over yourselves.

Rockets basketball is feeling great again.

Easily Game 1 of the '95 Finals, coming from down 20 and and down 3 and facing 4 opponent free throws in the closing seconds and finding a way to win.

Why are people comparing regular season games bs playoff elimination games?

13 for 33 is dirt compared to what just happened.

Houston was down 20 in the 1st game to Orlando in 95 Finals.
Kenny Smith hit 7 3ptrs in the game, including the three to tie it to go into OT.
Drexler drive last play... Olajuwon tip-in on the miss. Rockets win.

My favorite comeback ever in Rockets history.

    This was good tho.

    yeh, but its the Finals.

and against a team that I'm pretty sure swept us that year. and they had just beaten the Jordan Bulls.

It was a big deal and set the tone for the series, but this was very CLUTCH, which also is a big deal.

In my lifetime, this is the GOAT. Elimination game on the road, and then to do THAT? Without James Harden AT ALL? With Brewer and Smoove, two castaways from lottery teams?

    No words...

13 in 35 was great, but playoffs always triumph regular season. Maybe if we won something that year it would have more meaning.

"If you don't like the thread, then just ignore it" -- quote from DudeWah :p

such an e-penis hypocrite, and you can't even see that you don't do as your preach. In psychology, this phenomenon of yours where you describe others in the same way as they see you is called projection. You are projecting yourself onto others, which is why you can describe what they are doing so well...because they are you.

Nick Anderson missing all those free throws and Kenny Smith shooting lights out was pretty incredible.
