I hated it when we let both him & G Dragic go. But what I've seen lately is not promising. How much $. How long a contract? Is Dragic happy in Miami? Is that his team now. Sorry, I don't keep up with the East very much till playoffs.
Lowry and the raptors cannot avoid the cavs. Lol. If he leaves and come west, its not going to get easier.unless they get a paul george caliber player, enjoy making the playoffs and coming up short
Hopefully we bring him back, the trade him for a high pick, then use high pick and garbage (Dekker etc ) to get an all star player
Beverley, Williams, Harden, and Gordon is good enough IMO for a backcourt. We need better frontcourt players.
We need a big or a wing, not a PG. Lowry last year would have helped, but EG, Lou and Bev are more than enough help for harden at the guard. If you're going to swing for the fences Hayward, Blake, Reddick, maybe even Millsap are where we look now.
we need a wing that can give us 20+ points on a consistent basis, provide some secondary playmaking, and play defense...we need a Gordon Hayward or better yet a Paul George we could also use an upgrade at PF...Ryno is not reliable Why should we waste our precious cap space on Kyle Lowry?
Back in 2014, I was PO'd we didn't get him for 12 mil a season. Now though I'm glad we dodged that bullet. He vanished in the playoffs. And he took it a step further this postseason by not even being able to suit up in Games 3 and 4. Besides, Harden is our PG now and Bev is a perfect complement to him. And we're pretty stacked on the bench with EG and Lou. We need to focus on the frontcourt.
Lowry has consistently disappeared in the playoffs... like a complete no-show, way worse than Harden in big games. Also the dude chokes at the FT line constantly. CF gonna hate him in crunch time. That said, I know Morey gonna throw the max at him. Ugh.. **** But if he joins the Spurs... man the west just got tougher.
