He is like the guy that can drop 50 on you and you still wont believe he can ball. Dude has the pizza delivery guy vibe.
Gimme Ingles and Robin Hood on the Rockets. I'd like Hood to replace Ariza soon. But yoooooooo ISO JOE!!! Jeeeeeeeez Joe is gettin buckets!!! I was incredibly impressed with how cool and calm Joe was. My goodness. He was executing those passing lanes when he was getting double teamed beautifully too.
Yeah I've liked him all year. Had a few really long posts about him in the trade thread. He gives off the ultimate old unathletic balding white dude vibe but has decent athleticism. He is an elite sniper He is left handed He is a very solid defender He is very crafty He is a decent playmaker He can create his own shot He can create off the dribble He has a high bball iq He has veteran savviness
Yup pretty smart guy and would fit our offense/defense well. Made some clutch 3s tonight. Also he is very annoying to play against. Put him alongside Pat and watch the drama on the other team unfold on the court....
best trait is he does not give a flying **** what opposing players think on the court. dude has this grit and won't hesitate to drill a 3 in your eye and stare you down like he did to deandre in game 3. if you guys know his backstory with the clippers, this series means a lot for him.
Not happening. Where will San Antonio come up with the money? Paul could get 200 mil from the Clippers. Why would he walk away from that to take a drastic paycut with the Spurs?
Well maybe they can convince Pau to out out and resign for less per but an extra year in length? Even if not, they could easily trade green and have roughly 25m(?) in space I believe. They could possibly get him to agree for less. You could also trade Pau for cap space. I don't think he leaves tho. He's verbally agreed to resign as well as reddick
I don't see it happening. He's not gonna take way less money, especially when there's no guarantee he'd win a ring with the Spurs. The Warriors are still standing in the way. There are some aging vets on that San Antonio squad(Paul would be one too, BTW). And shoot, we still don't know if the Spurs will even make it out of Round 1 this postseason. What if(and this is a HUGE if, but it is possible) the Spurs are upset by the Grizzlies and the Clippers manage to beat Utah without Griffin? You still think Paul would defect to San Antonio for less money?
I don't care what he looks like. He can knock down open 3's. Imagine him, Lou, and EG out there together.
