Two for me are from the Sega Saturn:

Iron Storm, awesome WWII turn-based strategy game.

Loved Shadowrun on the SNES, too. I can still hear that gloomy MIDI music:

Games I can remember right now which I used to play as a kid (I had a Sinclair Spectrum, then an Atari ST, and also played on a neighbor kid's MSX (?) system and on Atari XL and Commodore 64 and Amiga systems):

    - Overlords (ZX Spectrum)
    - Manic Miner/Jetset Willy
    - Boulder Dash
    - Kaiser
    - Super Sprint
    - Badlands
    - Karateka

Imagine how cool it would be on the wii using the nunchuck as the chain or club.

We were the first in my neighborhood (and maybe city) in Mexico where I used to live back in the middle eighties with an Atari. We held tournaments where people bought tickets to play ONLY THIS GAME versus each other, where the challenger chose the two-player mode (sooner, cactus, wall, etc.). It was WIN-and-STAY-playing. I think we charged 2 pesos per ticket... and the entire neighborhood's kids came to play at our house, in our patio, and the 'Games' were exciting. One "p-trrrrrrnnnn..." and you were gone... did it go up to 20 or 10 "shots"? I forget how someone won.

ET for Atari. On second thought, I'd probably break my console if they did.

Pitfall was always fun, but I guess Uncharted feeds that urge. I would like to play a non-Precious Moments version of A Boy and His Blob.

I would have to go with Wizards and Warriors as my final answer.

On the PC, I wish they would do Heroes of Might and Magic 3. No change whatsoever to the mechanics, but update the graphics. Best game ever.
