Bottom line is there is no situation in the league where Lebron can walk in and demand a contract that is 35% of the salary cap and still have a team that can contend to win an NBA championship. That situation does not exist.

If he wants to have a shot at a championship he will have to take a discount. That is his reality and his choice to make.

I don't give him any shot to beat the GSW with his Cleveland team.

    Paul/Harden
    Harden/Redick
    Ariza/Lebron
    Lebron/Tucker
    Capela/Nene

Don't ask me how Morey gets rid of Anderson, but this is a better team than Golden State.

    Lebron > Durant
    Harden = Curry
    Paul > Green

    Plan A: Lebron
    Plan B: George

At worst, we might be able to go into the 2018-19 season with:

    Capela
    ?
    George
    Harden
    Paul

    Gordon
    Tucker
    Nene
    Zhou

that was horrible segment on it, pretty much another isn't enough balls to go around but cp3 and harden are unselfish and they wouldn't have a problem sharing it if it means winning a championship. anywho las vegas is usually on top of their game and right now we're barely below Cleveland in odds

This is too obvious and really isn't a good sign imo. Lebron is all about shock value so to tweet about the Rox after all the recent rumors leads me to think he's just trolling to keep the narrative out there he may come....when in all actuality he will retire in Cleveland :(

I HOPE I'M WRONG AF BY THE WAY!!

Now I really want LeBron on the Rockets. Shoes and egos is their reason he won't sign with Houston????

What does LeBron gain from this trolling?

Thinking about it more, I think Lebron is definitely moving away from CLE.

Lebron isn't going to win more chips if he stays where he is. But he'll be considered one of the biggest losers of all time if he keeps making it to the finals to not win chips, and that's what will happen if Lebron stays in CLE. Also, their cap is completely screwed, their roster will not improve for a long time.

DMorey is just head above all GMs in maintaining a good cap, and maintaining a roster that performs well for a very tight budget. Tillman, I'm sure, wants to pay the luxury if we can get to the NBA Finals. Which means we're going to win chips if Lebron decides this is what he wants to do.

My only concern, i keep saying this... I don't know how Harden + Lebron will work in terms of understanding who the leader of the team is, and who is handling the rock most of the time. I'd hope that's CP/Harden. But a lot of times, someone will have to play off the ball when they're all on the court together and I can see some conflicts between LBJ and Harden.

That said, we're winning chips so idgaf. Come here, Lebron, and we'll definitely win chips.

4 seconds or less, while i say this sort of as a joke, when those quarter back passes go down the court to a non set defense with a lebron james, rather a trevor ariza or ryan anderson, it's basically free points, every single time.

And honestly, Harden will probably just do more scoring, and less playmaking and Lebron will also be 33, if he agrees to a pay cut, actually having to do less, would be part of the idea.
