The Rockets have won 30 of their last 32 games...There are 9 teams who haven't won 30 all season

Current as of the games on 3/25

At this point, if we go 3-5 in our final 8 games, we'll have home court throughout the playoffs.

    Western Conference home court

The Rockets have 8 games left and hold the tiebreaker and a 5.5 game lead, while the Warriors have 9 games left. We are 9-1 in our last 10 games, while the Dubs are 6-4.

    Our remaining schedule...

    5 home, 3 away (1 travel back-to-back):

    Bulls
    Suns
    @ Spurs
    Wizards
    Blazers
    Thunder
    @ Lakers \ back-to-back
    @ Kings / back-to-back

If the Rox go ____, the Dubs have to go ____ to regain the #1 seed:

    Rox 8 - 0 = Dubs impossible
    Rox 7 - 1 = Dubs impossible
    Rox 6 - 2 = Dubs impossible
    Rox 5 - 3 = Dubs impossible
    Rox 4 - 4 = Dubs impossible
    Rox 3 - 5 = Dubs impossible
    Rox 2 - 6 = Dubs 9 - 0

    Keep in mind:
    1) that Curry is out for the rest of the regular season and KD and Thompson will miss the next few games.
    2) In the last two months, we are 30-2.

    The Warriors remaining schedule...

4 home, 5 away (2 travel back-to-backs, both with game 2 vs Suns):

    Pacers
    Bucks
    @ Kings \ back-to-back
    Suns / back-to-back
    @ Thunder
    @ Pacers
    Pelicans \ back-to-back
    @ Suns / back-to-back
    @ Jazz

    _____________________________________________________________________________

    Finals home court

The Rockets have 8 games left and a 6 game lead, while the Raptors have 8 games left and hold the tiebreaker. Here's the scenario...

If the Rox go ____, the Raptors have to go ____ to regain the #1 seed:

    Rox 8 - 0 = Raptors impossible
    Rox 7 - 1 = Raptors impossible
    Rox 6 - 2 = Raptors impossible
    Rox 5 - 3 = Raptors impossible
    Rox 4 - 4 = Raptors impossible
    Rox 3 - 5 = Raptors impossible
    Rox 2 - 6 = Raptors 8 - 0

    The Raptors remaining schedule...

    4 home, 4 away (2 travel back-to-backs):

    Nuggets
    @ Celtics \ back-to-back
    @ Cavs / back-to-back
    Celtics
    Pacers
    Magic \ back-to-back
    @ Pistons / back-to-back
    @ Heat

We are already guaranteed home court advantage for the first AND second rounds.

The fact that the Rockets had one of the toughest (if not THE toughest) remaining schedules and practically ran the table through a gauntlet of playoff teams (many on tough road games) just tells us how strong and legit this Rockets team is.

Simply remarkable. Only thing to do now is remain healthy and win the ring....

At this point, if we win at least 2 of our final 7 games, we'll have home court throughout the playoffs.

    Western Conference home court

The Rockets have 7 games left and hold the tiebreaker and a 6.5 game lead(!), while the Warriors have 8 games left. One Rocket win or one Warrior loss cinches the WC home court for us. We are 10-0 in our last 10 games, while the Dubs are 4-6.

    Our remaining schedule...

We only have to win 2 more games to lock up home court throughout the playoffs.

if the playoffs started right now, the Rockets would get the Pels in the first round and probably the Wolves in the second round while the Warriors would get the Jazz in the first round and the Jazz would get the Blazers in the 2nd round.
