    Been good publicity for him. I’ve seen way too many places talking about this. I’m guessing this leak was planned considering how long the video is and how relatively well it was filmed in whatever Fox room they were in.

    @Astrodome, Carlson has done some okay pieces as of late (SOME) but I think Bregman's point is that he's just riding the populist wave and has shown his true colors already.

    Wait, people actually think wealthy people paid those taxes rather than put their money into various tax exempt and reducing instruments? Compounding that issue is that those instruments are lower productivity, so they don't just pay less tax, their capital produces less benefit for the economy.

    To give an example relevant to this thread, Rupert Murdoch's holding company is based in Australia to avoid the estate tax.

    man, reading those transcripts, i miss the days when people could go on shows like that and just say **** for entertainment purposes and no one took it seriously

    This must be a fox news defense for the indefensible things their employees say... don't apologize, but invite critics onto the show to increase ratings. pirro did this after her Islamophobic comments about Rep Omar, and carlson did for getting caught saying misogynist comments he made on the radio.

    I don't doubt she dislikes islam, but there's nothing irrational about a woman being afraid of that belief system. It's particularly malevolent to non muslim women.
